We provide the day to day services needed to keep the healthcare community functioning – services that have traditionally been provided in house by internal transport, or in some parts of the country by the ambulance service.
Pathology specimens: Collection and delivery is time sensitive with increasing pressure to turn round tests for accurate diagnoses – we are being asked to collect from some surgeries/clinics three times daily. We work closely with the pathology management teams to ensure we deliver a smooth flow of work so they can plan their staffing levels to meet the demand.

Mail: We can manage both the internal and external mail services – with options for us to collect/deliver internal mail across the whole of our network, sort all the internal mail for onward next day delivery and provide the added flexibility for us to frank the external mail.
Other items: These can be delivered and collected on our courier runs as we visit the healthcare community – pharmacy, SSD, EBME, patient records, vaccines, radioactive items and stores.
Adhoc: We are organised to offer a same or next day unscheduled delivery service for other items across our delivery network, with many Trusts we operate as their transport department taking full responsibility for all aspects – so they only need to make one phone call for their need to be met.
