SRCL was pleased to attend the London date of the Infection Prevention Society’s (IPS) annual roadshow. This was held on Thursday 11 May 2017 at the prestigious Kia Oval cricket ground in Kensington.
The IPS London Branches Conference provided an excellent platform for industry representatives to showcase their products and services to front-line Infection Control professionals. SRCL was delighted to have the opportunity to meet with a wide spectrum of infection control experts such as advanced nurse practitioners, clinical directors, heads of infection prevention and infection control nursing leads to name a few.
Amie Marsh, Business Manager and Tyler Wilkins, Account Executive were on hand to discuss our Sharps Management Service, which features our reusable containers, Bio Systems. It was great to share the many benefits this complete end to end service can deliver to help achieve infection control targets, as well as delivering a cost effective service without compromise on safety.
Each container can be reused up to 600 times, following a stringent three stage wash and disinfection process through our stage of the art, robotic wash-line. The wash-line achieves a ‘log reduction’ disinfection level well in excess of the industry standard! To find out more about how our system can help keep you and your people safe, reduce costs and achieve sustainability measures, visit our dedicated website here.
Amie told us, “We look forward to the IPS events each year; it’s great to see so many industry representatives and experts from all parts of the infection prevention and control field and is a good opportunity to discuss hot topics within the industry. The event went really well and we are excited for the next roadshow date”.
