What is changing and when? Hazardous Waste Consignment Notes From 1 June 2015 you may notice some small changes to the information on your hazardous waste consignment notes. The hazard codes for each waste type are being replaced with hazardous properties, for example ‘H9 – Infectious‘ will be come ‘HP9 – Infectious‘.
